There are many reasons why people give to organizations. Some donate time or money because they value the services provided by the organization, because they want to memorialize a loved one or simply because they want to make a difference in the lives of others. Some family members and friends give donations to SJV to memorialize a loved member of the Bernardine Franciscan Sisters congregation. Your generosity does make a difference since it helps to defray costs of care and can provide opportunities for additional recreational events for the sisters who wish to participate. Gifts, Cash Contributions, or In-Kind Donations
These gifts enhance the lives of the Residents and meet specific needs within the facility. Our care facility has many equipment and recreational needs. Underwriting the cost of a special item needed or supplying help through in-kind donations does make a difference in the lives of our Residents. Donations of any size are accepted and appreciated.

SJV has a list of items, ranging in price that would benefit residents in some way. These items may be donated, or a cash donation can be made for or towards a specific item. This list is updated bi-monthly, and donations can be made at any time.
